 Individual, Relationship and Sex Therapy

Individual Therapy:

Individual therapy is a one on one relationship between you and your therapist. It’s a confidential container that can be used to address anything you are seeking support around, including but not limited to:

Anxiety, depression and/or trauma

Coping skills

Sexuality & gender

Relationships & communication skills

Family of origin issues

Navigating change and life transitions

Shame & codependency

Relationship Therapy:

Relational therapy, sometimes referred to as “couples therapy” or “marriage counseling”, is focused on the dynamic created between two or more people. It’s a structured, nonjudgmental space to explore and process patterns and reactions, recognize and resolve conflicts, improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen intimacy and connection. Through relational counseling, you can figure out what’s not working, gain new skills to strengthen your relationship and/or receive support making a thoughtful decision about going your separate ways.

Sex Therapy:

Sex therapy can be integrated with or complementary to both individual and relational therapy. It’s a form of psychotherapy that addresses specific issues such as:

Sexual interests and identity

Pleasure, power, desire, fantasy, kink, and consent

Sexual anxiety, dysfunction and pain

Communicating sexual needs and boundaries

Sexual satisfaction and pleasure

Negotiating open relationships and/or power dynamics

Unmatched libidos in partnership(s)

Therapy can help you find healthy ways to deepen connection.
